Do you have technical publications questions? We can help!

PUBLISHED IN NEWS & EVENTS

You have a deadline and it’s 3 months away.

The only thing between you and your delivery are the pubs.
Piece of cake…right? Or is it?

You know the platform – you have the engineering – BUT have you asked the hard questions to know you’re covered?

What needs to be included in your pubs?

  • Is the engineering complete - even the Test Procedures?
  • Do you reuse your engineering?
  • Who’s going to write the pubs - Engineers or an internal Tech Pubs team?
  • Do you have enough staff to write the pubs within the available time?
  • Do you have the templates and software?
  • Who’s going to format the pubs so they convey your corporate image in the marketplace?

Do your pubs…

  • Help or confuse your end users – the maintainers?
  • Yield strong Customer Satisfaction results and Net Promoter Scores?
  • Retain customers?

See something, say something. It’s not just for TSA. We speak up proactively when we see challenges. Our writers review the engineering content, provide recommendations, and we execute based on maintenance best practices. Why? It makes the pubs better – for YOUR customers.

Maybe you have a target deliverable and date. If only you had one small problem solved, you could finish the project on time and on budget. Sit down with us and talk through the project. We provide an outsider’s objective perspective with Subject Matter Experts who have years of experience to tackle the problem - at no cost. Once we wrap up, we give you a summary of our observations, recommendations and proposed language that you can use to define next steps.
We ask the hard questions early and often.

DTB’s technical writers have maintenance experience in the environment designed for your platform – planes, trains, heavy equipment, space – for commercial or military applications.
