General Purpose Component Test Stands - 6000 PSI

Hydraulic Test System Model LE 6000R — DTB’s Model LE6000R General Purpose Hydraulic Test System is designed for test and evaluation of wide variety of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components at pressures up to 6000 psi. The LE 6000R Test System has three supply and return circuits, one leakage test circuit, and one static test circuit.

General Purpose Component Test Stands - 8000 PSI

Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand — The Dayton T. Brown, Inc. Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand is a self contained test system designed for manual and computer aided test and evaluation of wide variety of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components at operating pressures up to 8000 psi. The Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand contains two supply and return circuits, one pneumatic static circuit, and one static proof circuit.

Gear Box Test Stands

Gear Box Test Stands — DTB’s Model GB6000R is designed to provide fully automated testing of F-15 airframe mounted accessory drive (AMAD) gearboxes. The Test System features automation for the operation and application programs. Operation is enhanced by data analysis presentation and self test diagnostics.  The test system uses an AC drive system which provides direct coupled input to the test item. The Model GB6000R offers significant improvements over existing test stands in reliability, maintainability, and human engineering. A hydraulically actuated transport cart provides for no-lift connection of the AMAD gearbox to the Test System. The GB6000R test system is capable of testing all F-15 AMAD configurations in both automated and manual modes.

Winch and Hoist Test Stands

Winch and Hoist Test Stands — Dayton T. Brown, Inc. designs and manufactures a range of Winch and Hoist Test Stands. These are available with manual or automatic control and data acquisition to test a wide variety of test items. The test stands feature winch directional control and use electric drives to provide variable loading to the unit under test. Winch and Hoist Test Stands are delivered with self-contained Hydraulic power sources with fluid temperature control and/or electrical power supplies to provide winch power.

Actuator and Component Test Stand

Actuator and Component Test Stand — The Model HPTS-1500 Hi-Pot Test Stand is designed to perform dielectric and continuity testing for electromagnetic solenoid coils in a high volume production environment. Performance data is automatically acquired and verified to be within specified limits. Testing is performed in groups of 16 coils during each test cycle. Individual coil pass/fail indicators are provided for each coil.The Model STS-600 Solenoid Coil Test Stand is designed to test electromagnetic solenoid coils in a high volume environment. The test stand performs final verification of solenoid coil parameters prior to shipment.

Pneumatic Fan and Blower Test Stands

Pneumatic Fan and Blower Test Stands — DTB’s ALG-6 Test Fixture is designed to test B-1 Air Recirculation Loop Blowers. Used in conjunction with an external source of hydraulic power such as the DTB Model LE6000R General Purpose Hydraulic Test System, the ALG-6 performs, controls and measures the performance of the ARL Blower unit in a closed loop, reducing noise during testing and eliminating the need to exhaust air from the facility.

Calibration System Model MCS-6150 — The Dayton T. Brown, Inc. Model MCS-6150 Mobile Calibration System is designed to provide portable calibration capability for a wide range of hydraulic test systems. A computer subsystem is included for data calculation, storage and printing of calibration records. Flow and pressure ranges can be custom tailored to individual customer requirements.
