LE 6000R

DTB’s Model LE 6000R General Purpose Hydraulic Test System is designed for the test and evaluation of a wide variety of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components at pressures up to 5,000 PSI. The LE 6000R Test System has three supply and return circuits, one leakage test circuit, and one static test circuit.

Performance Characteristics:

  • Supply pressure: 5,000 PSI maximum, independently adjustable on all circuits
  • Return pressure: 5,000 PSI maximum, independently adjustable on all circuits
  • Temperature: 160°F maximum

Fluid Test Circuits:

  • Circuit 1: 85 GPM maximum flow
  • Circuit 2: 40 GPM maximum flow
  • Circuit 3: 40 GPM maximum flow with bi-directional control
  • Leakage circuit: 4 GPM maximum flow
  • Static proof circuit: 0-10,000 PSIG (0-20,000 PSIG, optional)

DTB’s Model CP/S-6250 Remote Hydraulic Power Supply is a self-contained hydraulic pump and fluid conditioning system designed to supply pressurized hydraulic fluid to remote hydraulic test stations.

DTB’s Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand is a self-contained high pressure test system designed for the manual and computer-aided test and evaluation of a wide variety of hydraulic components at operating pressures up to 8,000 PSI. The Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand contains two main hydraulic supply and return circuits, one pneumatic static circuit, and one hydraulic static proof circuit.

Performance Characteristics:

  • Supply pressure: 8,000 PSI maximum, independently adjustable on both circuits
  • Return pressures: 1,500 PSI maximum, independently adjustable on both circuits (3,000 PSIG maximum, optional)
  • Pneumatic static circuit: 0-8,000 PSIG
  • Static proof circuit: 0-16,000 PSIG

DTB’s Model VP5005D (50 HP) Hydraulic Pump and Motor Test Stand is part of a series designed for the automated procedural testing of rotating hydraulic components, such as aircraft pumps, motors, and power transfer units. The hydraulic power source is integral to the Test Stand, so there is no need to purchase a separate source. The Test Stand is also capable of testing non-rotating components, if desired.

GB6000R

DTB’s Model GB6000R Gear Box Test Stand is designed to provide fully automated testing of F-15 airframe mounted accessory drive (AMAD) gear boxes. The Test System features automation for the operation and application programs. Operation is enhanced by data analysis presentation and self-test diagnostics. The Test System uses an AC drive system, which provides direct coupled input to the test item. The Model GB6000R offers significant improvements over existing test stands in reliability, maintainability, and human engineering. A hydraulically-actuated transport cart provides for no-lift connection of the AMAD gear box to the Test System. The Model GB6000R Test System is capable of testing all F-15 AMAD configurations in both automated and manual modes.

Winch & Hoist

DTB has designed and manufactured a wide range of Winch and Hoist Test Stands. These Test Stands are available with manual or automatic control and data acquisition to test a wide variety of test items. The Test Stands feature winch directional control and use electric drives to provide variable loading to the unit under test. Winch and Hoist Test Stands are delivered with self-contained hydraulic power sources with fluid temperature control and/or electrical power supplies to provide winch power.

DTB’s Model HPTS-1500 Hi-Pot Test Stand is designed to perform dielectric and continuity testing for electromagnetic solenoid coils in a high volume production environment. Performance data is automatically acquired and verified to be within specified limits. Testing is performed in groups of 16 coils during each test cycle. Individual coil pass/fail indicators are provided for each coil.

DTB’s Model STS-600 Solenoid Coil Test Stand is designed to test electromagnetic solenoid coils in a high volume production environment. The Test Stand performs final verification of solenoid coil parameters prior to shipment.

DTB’s Vacuum Pump Test Stand is designed for the testing of vacuum pump assemblies supplied in the automotive field. Test procedures developed for specific vacuum pump assemblies are supplied on delivery.

DTB’s Model ALG-6 Test Fixture is designed to test B-1 Air Recirculation Loop (ARL) Blowers. Used in conjunction with an external source of hydraulic power, such as the DTB Model LE 6000R General Purpose Hydraulic Test System, the ALG-6 performs, controls, and measures the performance of the ARL Blower unit in a closed loop – reducing noise during testing and eliminating the need to exhaust air from the facility.

DTB’s Model FV9000 Fuel Component Test Stand specifically targets fuel valve components that are required to be tested while submerged in the supplied Test Sink. Flow rates up to 800 GPM are possible with the FV9000.

DTB’s Model MCS-6150 Mobile Calibration System is designed to provide portable calibration capabilities for a wide range of hydraulic test systems. A computer subsystem is included for data calculation, storage, and the printing of calibration records. Flow and pressure ranges can be custom tailored to individual customer requirements.
