DTB Opens Wichita, KS Office

WICHITA, KS - Dayton T. Brown, Inc. (DTB) has opened a new office in Wichita, KS, which will be primarily focused on technical publications in the commercial aerospace industry.

“Finding talented employees is our number one priority right now in the Technical Services Division,” said Jim Kelly, Senior Vice President of the Technical Services Division. “New business opportunities have accelerated over the past year, and ensuring that we have the resources to execute these programs is crucial.”

The Wichita, KS office will join Shelton, CT and Hollywood, MD as remote locations from DTB’s Bohemia, NY headquarters. DTB expects to manage commercial technical publications programs, such as completion work for both regional jets and personal aircraft, out of the Wichita office with support from Bohemia, as needed. Several companies in the Wichita area are already customers of DTB, and this new location will allow for better communication, easier data transfer, and superior customer service.

“With unemployment rates at historical lows, DTB has been searching for other opportunities to expand our pool of employees beyond our traditional East coast base,” remarked Tom Wenzler, Vice President of the Technical Services Division. “Wichita’s long-standing history with aerospace companies gave us the opportunity to find talented individuals with the experience necessary to hit the ground running.”

A grand opening ceremony to celebrate the new facility is expected in September.
